Our speaker will describe the possible paths of insurance money, explain the role and rights of mortgage lenders, outline the role of the owner/builder in rebuilding, discuss contracting with a contractor (including progress payments, lien releases, anticipating construction problems, and construction project supervision), review construction loans, describe fund control services, and explore take out loans.
