Dealing with Unusual Assets
Mike Rinkor of Rinkor Coin and Phil Eagle owner of Eagle Estate Sales will share their expertise and experience in dealing with unusual assets during a trust or estate administration.
Mike Rinkor plans to discuss the process of securing and valuing gold, silver, rare coins and other precious metals, as well options for converting these assets to cash and maximizing estate value.
Phil will share about:
- How to recognize rare and remarkable works and objects
- Research with simple descriptions, provenance and history with scores of photos
- Careful search of house for treasures
- Presentation to auction houses and museums
- Extensive advertising and comprehensive descriptions being imperative
- Presentation and displays at Estate sale
- Problems with caregivers and cleanliness
